Question
At what age is a Bichon considered full grown?

Answer
Toy breeds in general all considered fully grown at 10 months , some maybe 11 months, they should have reached their height potential by then, They will however still need to fill out muscular wise and gain weight. This they will do up until they are about 4 years of\age, depending on the breed.
