Bichon Frise/Cranberry Suppliment

Question
I have a 17mth old Bichon girl, Sophia. She recently had a UTI and I am wondering if a cranberry suppliment would be benificial for her. She weighs 11 pounds. The vet put her on antibiotics and something else to make her urine more acidic. I thought maybe a cranberry suppliment might be a good thing for her. Thanks in advance!
