Question
My bichon will be three in July, he went thru crate training and was great.  He is a boy and he loves to go out for walks....every tree, bush, hydrant u name it he lifts his leg.  Now the past 3 months i have found drops of pee in the house.  He also will stay at my mothers with two other bichons on occasion and started lifting his leg on the dining room table!  I cant express enough my frustation...He always goes on walks..but now i could be in another room and then i look and he has peed.  Please if anyone has answer, the thing is that he now will do it when i just have to go in another room.

Answer
Is he neutered would be my first question ?

If not then I suggest that is nothing more than dominance , he is at the age of young man wanting to be head of his household. Its just a matter of retraining him and dont shout at him its all in the genes , he will get over it.
