4 year old male has severe problems walking on his hind legs. Has had injections for 4 weeks no luck there. Can you help?

HAs the dog been checked over for slipping patella , that can be caused either genetically or through trauma, without a good description on what is happening its very hard to suggest a solution, but try using glucosamine and chondratin at 1000mg daily /500mg daily for a minimum of 6 week see if that eases the pain etc.
