Question
My Bichon Frise is 12 weeks old and has very loose motions particularly at night - waking every two hours to poo, as the night goes on they are very watery and sometimes green. He is eating and playing as normal

Hello LIS
one has to be careful it isnt an intestinal infection such as giardi or coccida.
Suggest a vet visit.
If vet says all is ok then its likely a food issue so place on what the breeder gave you and give a little mashed apple for the cellulose which will bind the poo.
Giving pumpkin, mashed potatoes and mashed apple will always help with wet poo.Always ensure the dog has fresh water.

Stop feeding at 6pm and see how you get on.
