i have a bichon puppie 17 weeks old why is the fur round her eyes a dirty brown how can i get rid of it and how old befor i get her cut

Hiya this is caused by the oxidation of bacteria (somewhat normal for white dogs)

Suggest take off all food containing dyes try a more natural approach truste me it works. Then go to my distributor
