Bichon Frise/Pink upper lid on my bichon

Question
My bichon is 3 years old and has just gotten a pink upper lid. Does she have pink eye?
It's always been black. I want to get her help if she needs it!

I would give her some kelp in the diet and increase fish oils, pigment at this age does tend to either get better or worse, also dont forget that if it is Winter at the moment then the pigment  may become tardy but the kelp will help.
