Bichon Frise - How much should my Bichon weigh?

Expert: Kaza - 4/21/2009

Question
My Bichon is 7 months old and weighs 5 pounds.  Is that small for this breed?  At what age will she be considered full grown.

Answer
depends upon her genetic size.

SO long as he is feeding well I wouldnt worry, worm her regularly and ensure she is exercised well.

Generally at 7 months I would expect the average to be 4.5-6 kg , 4kg if she is tiny and 6kg if she is a larger example.

Increase her food after she has been wormed.
