How old can you breed a male bichon frise?

Answer
A male will have the potential to mate after 4 months so be careful, but it is really better to leave them until 12 months so they some idea of what to do and where things go if you understand.However you should have him screened before using him as many dogs carry STDs that go undetected and these can cause many problems in a canine pregnancy.
