Question
i rescued a bitch last year she was in a bad state, she does not interact at all if we pet her she bits us, we have a pup which she attacks everytime she shes her she is about 12 i dont know what to do

Answer
All rescues have a legal obligation to determine if a dog is safe to be rehomed within a family unit, in these circumstances I would contact the rescue centre and tell them of her behaviour, if she has bitten it is within your rights to issue proceedings against the centre.

It is the rescues legal duty to inform you if she is aggressive, has bitten or is receiving any medication if they have failed to do that they are liable in law to compensate you .

TAKE the dog back ASAP.
