Question
Can Bichon Frise come out black?
Not unless they have been mated with another breed or the alleged bichon is not a full Bichon frise and is from two different breeds , if she has been mated with another frise then what is in her breeding will come through in the pups. Sadly someone has mixed this with a different breed.
