Hi,
Wondering can you help me please. We have Bichon she is 7 and half months old , her coat isnt a curly and full as other Bichons are, im wondering at what stage will she get like this, or even will she at all.
Probably a difficult question to answer because all dogs are probably different.
My brother has a bichon too and his dog is so curly and lots of fur, he is just gorgeous.
Our little girl is gorgeous too, but id love to see her with the really curly hair. Its just sort of wavy at this stage and not really full

Hi Natasha
She may well develop tighter curls at a later stage, some dont, some do.IN the main its all down to genetics, if one of the parents or grandparents had a loose coat at least one in all future litters will retain that gene. Suggest cutting it short and see if that helps.
