Answer Hiya Lisa
this is completely normal behaviour and he will start to poop outside once he gains confidence. Trust me be patient and it will happen, alot of this behaviour is down to the breeder not toilet training their babies from the minute they are born. I remember one dog I advised over was near two before he felt confident enough to poop outside even after a two hour walk.
Here is some info as you have a male dog and this will rear its head again soon.Copy and paste the lnk into your browser then print off for a rainy days reading. http://www.versailles-kennels.co.uk/?p=p_93&sName=male-dogs
Thank you so much for you advise i already feel better i now no it is nothing i am doing he really is doing great as a pup thanks again
