Honey is just over one year old. She does not want to eat early in the morning, but frequently will spit up yellow vomit. I sometimes give her  a little plain yogurt which she likes, a little at a time.  The vet has given her a syrup which I am supposed to give every morning. It does help. I have stopped all dry food, make homemade food , tiny noodle/brown rice and boiled ground beef. I have fed her more frequently. That sometimes help. Can you help do something which will cure this once and for all.

THis is a common occurrence for all dogs, the yellow bile is due to her tummy being very
empty, I suggest that she has a snack either as soon as she awakes or just prior
to going to bed.I would suggest that before bed she has an oat based meal with water and egg yolk , this is a long lasting food that should see her through the whole night.
