Hi

I am about to purchase two Bichon female pups. The breeder has just sent me pics and the puppies have lost most of thier fur. They will be 15 weeks old. Is this normal?
I want to be sure that I am not getting in too deep with puppies that may have future medical care that I can not consider taking on.
Thanks any inout would be appreciated

Answer
Firstly I would not recommend getting two pups from the same litter, they will always have sibling rivalry issues and secondly pups at this age should be getting coat and not losing theirs. Coat issues can be caused through chewing from siblings, mites, lack of nutrients, allegies etc, If it was me I would defer on these two.
