Bichon Frise/My Bichon keeps licking herself

Question
Lily my 3 year old Bichon frise, keeps licking her fur.  So much that it is getting matted and now she has developted 2 bald patches on her, one on her side and the other at the top of her leg on the other side of herself.  I am just wondering what this could be???  And also how can i stop this

We moved house a month ago and i am wondering if this could be because of this.

Hi Donna this is most likely to be an allergy, suggest take dog off commercial foods start giving a more natural diet, check for fleas if fleas poop can be seen small black dots of black, wash using neem oil shampoo.

More likely linked to grass and pollen or food intolerance.
