hi i have a bichon frise and over the last few days have noticed large dark pathes over his skin, today he has a sort of watery discharge coming from back end that smells, could you please give me sum advice to what this could be please

yes the skin is normal and what frise breeders strive for, the back end smell is his anal glands have the groomer or your vet discharge them before they get impacted, a diet righ in soluble fibre is hwo to prevent all anal gland issues so, try to give foods like cucumber, apple, carrot batons, pear and fish in his diet, reduce a dry diet.
