i HAVE A 6 MONTH MALE BISHON AN DHE KEEPS GETTING NASTY SCABS UNDERNEATH HIS EARS HE HAS HAD SEVERAL EAR INFECTIONS TO IS THIS NORMAL
no it is not normal I would ask the vet to do a more thorough examination.
Bathe the dog in neem shampoo for 6 weeks 1 per week and check for fleas. Clear the inner ear hair using a hemostat and use ear powder and olive oil to thoroughly clean the ears. If necessary ask your vet to sedate the dog and clear the ear canals of hair.
