Bichon Frise/my bichons halo

Question
My nine week old bichon has one black halo and one pink halo is that normal?  I love him so I wont give him back or should I is something wrong. The vet said he was fine

Answer
There is nothing wrong physically its just a pigment issue which is genetic in nature , it may develop as he ages if not hey there is nothing wrong with him he will still make a wonderful pet, I would look at nose and pads they will usually still be a little pink too.
