Question
She is eating her poo and is totally distressed when i leave one room to go to another. i feel so guilty.please help

Answer
AT such a young age her actions do not cause me concern. Use Charcoal biscuits for her , she does have separation anxiety which needs to be sorted rather quickly.
She should be crate trained as this will lessen the emotional turmoil she finds herself in right now.
What does give me some concern is how long you have had her, she should really still be with mum.....
I have several articles on my health site that would help you , its FREE to access and would give you step by step guides on how to crate train her, solve her poop eating and also stop her separation anxiety.
Also if you scroll down here the articles you need right now are here.

She will be fine , so dont despair, I would be more in depth for you but Im feeding a litter of pups xxx
Look forward to seeing you on site.
