Question
My female 1 year old Bichon constantly is scratching. She of course has no flea. What could be the problem?

Answer
Could be poor breeding. I would get a stool check. Has she been on any medication? What are you feeding her?
Have you overvaccinated? Afer puppy shots they don't need any vaccinations for the rest of there life. Additional vaccinations cause many problems.
