Bichon Frise/Puppy Biting!

Question
I recently bought a 6-week old bichon, and she is now 9 weeks old.
The problem is she bites and chews CONSTANTLY.  She has gotten pretty aggressive and sometimes just snaps her mouth open and shut at me.  She bites my hands, arms, toes, and loves to chew on my hair.
I have done some research and realize that she missed the crucial 7-week period with her siblings.  Plus she is probably teething.

But what can I do?  Will she grow out of this?  How do I discpline her (Loud sounds and a firm "no" hasn't been working)?  I feel like I have a real problem on my hands.
Please help!!!

Answer
First no reputable breeder places a puppy at 6 weeks old. Reputable breeders place them at 12 weeks of age.  So your puppy did not come from a good source.  Need less to say what is the puppies background is in question.  Bichons do not act like this. YOu do have a problem on your hands.
