I  have a two year old female bichon and would like to breed her..she AKC registered..but I dont know what to do next...can u help

AKC registraition is not an indiction of quaility it's only a registry.  Reputable breeder breed Champions that are multi-generation OFA & CERF clear.  The bichon is the #1 breed for Juvinile cataracts, they can have patella laxation problems and hip dyplasia.  Just having you pet tested and certified for these items is not enought.  You must have prior generation tested till 8 years of age and certified clear to be assured of not breeding these genetic problems.
