I have wanted a Bichon for two years and findly found one.  Why would anyone want one?  They don't shed, are the #1 dog for someone with allergies, are extremely happy, good-natured dogs, generally healthy and with careful consistent training can be housebroken.  My Bichon is a love.  I can't understand where you got your concerns.  Bill's site is helpful, positive and probably takes him quite a bit of time to run thus showing how devoted he is to this breed.
