I can't remove the seat post. I have loosened the quick release. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hello Arthur. You seat post may be cold welded as a result of low grease and sweat. The best way to remove it is to heat the seat post and seat tube with a hair dryer or the alike, then swiftly cool the area using CO2 or dry ice. The seat post should lighten up and come out easier for a few moments. If you need more help with your seat post or other problems please feel free to ask.
