There's a seller on Ebay with Gazelle Dutch road bikes for sale for $199.00 plus shipping. What can you tell me about this manufacturer, and is this a good deal? Are they good bikes for this price? Seems low.

The manufacturer is our Royal bikebuilding company which exists more than 100 years! About reputation no harm.
And about the bike, I don't know what kind of bike it is!?
Besides that, in what condition is that petticular bike and even with the bike/shifting components!?
So, I can't answer your question because it depends on to much items who are certainly important. Even about the price, I can't say anything about it at all.
