Question
In the practical/experiment questions, if it ask "account fully for your results as fully as possible that you record in the table which are the no. Of cells in your sample & the no. Of these cells which are plasmolysed, concentration of sucrose solution/mol dm^-3 and % plasmolysis." what does the examiner want you to include in your answers actually? Many thanks

Answer
Dear QiWarm,
Thank you for your question.
The examiner actually wants to know the logic behind your experiment. So, if you observe a higher % plasmolysis in a sample, you have to give the scientific reason i.e., basically answer the question "Why did this effect occured?"
Best!
