Question
a boy 175cm at age 19yrs is it a beautiful, normal and healthy hieght and might growth continue to improve at this age and might end at what age maximum.

Answer
Hi Pascal:  A boy at 19 years of age has just about finished growing.  A height of 175 cm is in the 50% percentile, according to the CDC (http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/nhanes/growthcharts/set1clinical/cj41l021.pdf).  That means that 50% of the population is taller, and 50% is shorter.  Perhaps a couple more centimeters, but not much more growth.

These data are for children born and raised in the USA, so may not be true for children in other countries (the filariasis gives me a hint that you're not from around here).

Hope this helps.
