QUESTION: But the question ask "account for your results as fully as possible..."? Isnt it means i need to describe or i should explain it? What should i include in my answers for this kind of question? Thanks you kindly

Answer
When reporting the results of a scientific study you have to include all data and your conclusions and that should be sufficient.  I believe the questioner is referring to the methods here and if they justify the results but I do not know what is going on in the mind of the questioner
