Question
This really confused me:
Suggest several reasons why there is so much fat associated with the heart.
All I could think of were heart attacks.

Answer
Hi Hannah;
I assume that you are talking about heart problems resulting form fats.  The ailment that causes most heart attacks is atherosclerosis whereby there is an inability to  metabolize lipids and cholesterol.  Fat builds up in the artery walls slowing circulation and occasionally breaking off and causing blockages
