Using the steps of the scientific method, describe the process you would use to pick out an outfit to wear to the school dance

Interesting question Abby.  First review the steps in the scientific method
1. State the problem
2. Make an educated guess as to the answer (hypothesis
3. Design a way to test the hypothesis
4. Collect data
5. make  conclusion

 In this case;
   The problem is
      What outfit should I wear to the dance
   You can have different hypothesis. How about
      I need an outfit that is comfortable will                 find attractive

   Testing hypothesis:  Try on three or four different outfits
   Collect data;
     Get together with a couple of friends and seek their opinions
   Conclusion:
     Selection a (or b) is the best choice.
