Question
hi,
how can i tell the difference between real, pure honey and fake honey which is not natural and made out of sugar? is there an easy experiment/test which i can do at home to figure this out? i would be interested in knowing the experiments/tests which are done in labs and their processes/methods too. it would be very kind of you if you can help me. thanks in advance!

mia

(if you know other cool experiments/tests dealing with honey, i would love to learn about them too. i'm doing a scientific project about honey.)

Answer
Hi mia;
I have never heard of fake honey but real honey has a specific chemistry and can be analyzed.  Go to this site
www.honey-health.com/honey-6shtml
and you can find out a lot about it.  You should also do some research on honeybees: the source of honey
