Question
can you describe to me the nature of electricity in the human body, or more precisely the human brain (cycles per second, voltage/amplitude)? Does it vary?

Answer
The electrical patterns in the body consist of the flow of ions across the cell membrane.  This is what a nerve impulse is. There is not an electron flow like that flowing into a light bulb. The electricity in the body is detected by measuring the electrical resistance on the surface of the skin. That is what an EKG machine does. It does vary.
Google "electricity in the body" to find out more about measurements
