Question
a space probe discovers a planet inhabited by creatures that reproduce according to the same genetic laws as humans. Three phenotypic characters are height (T=tall, t= dwarf), head appendages (A= antennae, a = no antennae), and nose morphology (S= upturned snout, s= down turned snout). Since life was not "intelligent," Earth scientists were able to do some controlled breeding experiments, using various heterozygotes with antennae and an upturned snout, the progeny were antennae-uptunred snout; 47: antennae-down turned snout; 2: no antennae- down turned snout; 48: no antennae-upturned snout; 3 What are the genotypes of the parents and the offspring?

Answer
You did not mention the tall short phenotypes so I cannot comment on that
Parents were both AaSs since you said they were heterozygous.  However since the results did not follow Mendelian ratios( should be 9;3;3;1)  some traits must have been homozygous.  There is no wat to tell without test crossing the progeny.  The genotypes of the young are.
Antenna upturn AASS and AaSs     9    You got 47
Antenna downsnout  Aass and AAss  3   You got 2
No ant up aaSs and aaSS           3   You got 3
No ant down  aass                 1   You got 48
