Question
Explain evaporation of the lungs
Explain how excretion is common to both plants and animals

Thank you very much

Answer
I assume what you mean by evaporation is the loss of water through the lungs. Water leaves the alveoli by osmosis and is expelled during expiration.  water is a byproduct of cellular respiration and must be expelled to maintain water balance.
Excretion is the removal of water and wastes through the epidermis and in the case of animals also through a kidney structure.
