Question
what 2 examples would you give for the difference between phenotype and genotype?

Answer
Easy question gerald.  here are a couple
1. I have brown eyes. That is my phenotype
I have heterozygous brown eyes since I have a gene for brown and a gene for blue . (My father had blue eyes)

2.My son has attached earlobes. That is his phenotype
Since attached lobes is a recessive trait his genotype is homozygous attached (both genes are for attached lobes)
My wife and I must both be heterozygous free lobes
