Question
explain to me the process of exhalation and please  give me some examples.

Answer
I need more information to answer your question completely.  Do you mean the process of breathing in and out? (inhalation/exhalation) Or do you mean how do the lungs take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide? (gaseous exchange)

If you will clarify, I'll try to help you.
