Answer
Dear Sanaz,

The field that interests you is known as Mathematical Biology.  There are societies devoted only to this branch of science, and you might be interested in contacting them for some good resources and books on the topics you find most fascinating.  Here are some good starting points:

http://www.bio.brandeis.edu/biomath/top.html

http://www.smb.org/

http://math.la.asu.edu/~kuang/aims/mblinks.html

Some universities actually have degree programs in mathematical biology, and you might be interested in that at some point, too.

Good luck!
