what is the difference between the concept of eco system evolution and species evolution

Answer
There are different definitions for evolution. Basically it means change.  An ecosystem changes through ecological succession.  Species evolution is speciation whereby a new form of individual is developed.  Speciation can aid in the evolution of an ecosystem
