Question
Hello sir!
Plz tell me that during exercise we tend to lose weight as well as our skin is reduced..How is this possible? I mean that no. of cells can increase but how can they decrease?
        I'll really appreciate your answer!
                                       Take care..

Answer
Cells are always decreasing. New cells are also always forming  When the cell production equals the cell loss there is a balance.  If we lose weight then we are losing more tissue then we are gaining. Most weight loss during exercise however is water loss and does not involve cells
