Answer
Dear John,

Okay, I'm going to just assume this is a serious question and give it a serious answer.

1.  Masturbation is normal human behavior, and once a month is infrequent for a male, if anything.

2.  To become more muscular, the best way is to exercise.  If you are a student at a college or university with a gym or Wellness Center, there are very likely students there who are trained to assist people working out as to the best exercises to use to develop particular areas of the body.

If you cannot afford a gym, then a running program will help build muscle and stamina.

Eat a healthy, balanced diet while you are working out, being sure to eat enough calories to replace those you burn while exercising.

A lot of this will depend on your genetic predisposition for muscularity.  Some people can become muscular with very little effort, whereas others--because of their natural build--can work out 'til the cows come home and never look big or muscular.  The most important thing is to be *healthy*--not to look a particular way.  If you're in good physical condition, it doesn't matter whether you have big muscles or not.

Hope that helps.
