I know this is an odd question. But is there a way to externally create male semen? No genetic information included, just the fluid that carries it?

Hi James,

To the best of my knowledge, I don't know of a method to create actual human semen without sperm.  Here is a link to Wikipedia which lists the composition of human semen:

If you have access to a lab, it may be an ambitious, albeit fruitless, endeavor to try and accomplish.

However, if you wanted to create "fake semen" you could use methylcellulose.
