Question
QUESTION: In what stage does the cell grow to its mature size?

ANSWER: Hi Andrew:  Thanks for your question.  The cell grows in both G1 and G2 phases, but reaches its mature size in G2.

Here's a reference:

QUESTION: Hi,
To a response to your response, I am studying basic life science. The choices on this question on one of my papers are - 1.Mitosis 2.Prophase 3.telophase 4. interphase
P.S. Im sorry, but i have no clue what G1/G2 means?!?!?!?1

Answer
Hi again, Andrew:

First, it seems that you've asked me a homework question, which I won't answer.

Second, if you went to the websites I gave you then you would have the answer, even if you don't know what G1 and G2 are.

Third, you have confused your question.  The phases you outlined are phases of mitosis, not cell growth.

Check the websites and learn something.
