Question
thnx a lot for the help but there is one thing that i am still confused about which is when we take a fragment of the transcribed or non transcribed dna how do we put it in the form of mrna and trna and if u can give me an example plzz
iam confused when to replace A with U and T with A ....

Answer
U replaces T in RNA
Base pairing rule

DNA-DNA    DNA - RNA

A-T       A-U
T-A       T-A
C-G       C-G
G-C       G-C

DNA is not transcribed. DNA repilcates itself.  Transcription is the making of RNA from a DNA template  (both mRNA and tRNA)
