Question
Hi its ahmed i want to ask you that which harmones are responsible for increasing or decreasing height and where they are located and is it possible for me to increase my height upto 1 or two inches naturally by stimulating those hormones?iam 21 years old and my height is 5'11.5

Answer
Dear Ahmed,

Human growth hormone is produced by the pituitary gland.  You can read more here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Growth_hormone

If you are 5'11", you are not particularly short.  In fact, you are about average for a male.  It could simply be your genes that are determining your height, and it might be best not to mess with mother nature.

If you are concerned, please check with your physician who can give you all the details about safety and advisability of hormone supplements at your age.  My bet is that s/he will not advise it.
