is photosynthesis an endergonic or exergonic reaction
Photosynthesis is a net endergonic reaction; energy must be put into the reaction to drive it to completion. The process of photosynthesis produces more complex glucose and fructose from simpler carbon molecules and water; this requires the input of energy, which makes it an endergonic reaction.
