Question
Hi i want to ask you about oily skin that sometimes our skin becomes oily specially nose area which glands produce that oil and why?

Answer
Dear Ahmed,

Mammals all have oil glands that keep the skin lubricated and supple.  It may seem excessive at times, but if we didn't have those oil glands, our skin would constantly be chapped and painful.

So when the oil builds up, just have a nice, soapy rinse and you're all set.  :)
