Question
the source of your mixed culture is a sputum sample from a person who is exhibiting mild shortness of breath, coughing spells and some blood staining of the sputum.what else would you do here to identify the causative organism?
Hi Diana; I am afraid you are asking me do your homework for you and I am unsure how much effort you are putting into answering these questions. I am a teacher first and an expert on biology second. My policy with homework is to have the student answer the question first and then I will correct it. For this question look up Koch's postulates.
