Question
I want to study sharks but dont know of any good marine biology schools in louisiana, do you know of any?

Answer
Dear Lyndsey,

Nichols State University in Louisiana offers both the Bachelor's and Master's degree in Marine Biology:

You can find a complete listing of all U.S. schools that offer degrees in Marine Biology and/or Marine Science here:

http://marinebio.org/MarineBio/Careers/USschools.asp

Don't know if any of he Nicholls State faculty specialize in sharks, but once you have a B.S., you can attend graduate school anywhere in the U.S.  For sharks, there is possibly no better place than the University of Miami program, which has an excellent program with work for both undergraduate and graduate students:

Hope this helps.  Good luck!
