Question
What is the reason to use trypsin in the cell subculture?
And what is the differences of normal cell and tumor cell?

Can you please explain as fully as possible this time?
I am asking you the question from Korea!

Have fun ^^

Answer
Trypsin helps in cell detachment from the surface so that they can be freshly propagated when they reach confluency.
Normally cells are specialized to perform a certain function. However, tumour cells are those that have the capacity to differentiate into any type of cell. They reach a de-differentiated stage which is previous to their specialized state.
